Overview
Dr. Gooding is Associate Dean for Professional Development and Education at Emory University School of Medicine. She also serves as Medical Director of Adolescent Medicine at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Her research portfolio includes the preservation of cardiovascular health across the life course and the development of innovative student and faculty educational programs.
She completed her residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Womans Hospital and her fellowship in adolescent medicine at Boston Childrens Hospital. In addition to her research and clinical work, Dr. Gooding is co-director of the Harvard Macy Institute Program for Educators in the Health Professions.
