Critical Care Fellowship Curriculum
Fellows receive broad exposure to active inpatient and outpatient consultation services. Our patient population is as diverse as their conditions, and fellows gain experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of primary and secondary acute and chronic infectious diseases. Continuity of care is fostered by an active pediatric infectious diseases outpatient clinic with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Fellows also rotate through the Ponce de Leon Family, Youth, and Pediatrics Clinic, specializing in the management of infants with perinatal HIV exposure and children and adolescents living with HIV. Additional outpatient clinic opportunities are available at our pediatric immunology clinic and the Emory TravelWell clinic.
