Overview
Dr. Shahein Tajmir is a multispecialty radiologist with a specific focus on assessing the clinical implications of machine learning and PET/MR, quantifying the utility of such systems, applying them to medical imaging, and thus expanding our understanding of disease. Dr. Tajmir earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston. He subsequently completed a transitional year program with Signature Healthcare/BIDMC in Brockton, MA, followed by a diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine residency, and subsequent fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention, all at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
