As one of the largest academic radiology departments in the country, Emory Radiology offers
outstanding opportunities for trainees to experience a wide range of health care settings and
patient populations. Residents, fellows, and imaging technologists train in Emory
Healthcare’s high-volume tertiary care hospitals and specialty medical centers across the metro Atlanta area. Through the Emory Healthcare network, residents also train at one of the nation’s busiest public hospitals, a large veterans medical center, and a renowned pediatric health care system.

Congratulations to Newly Elected Chief Residents for 2027-2028!
These four outstanding residents have been elected the Chief Residents for the Diagnostic Radiology (DR) and Interventional Radiology - Integrated (IR-I) residencies. They will serve as Junior Chief Residents starting this summer and will begin their term as Chief Residents in the late spring of 2027.
