Dates and Deadlines for the RT to BMSc Program

These 45-minute Zoom information sessions are hosted by program faculty members and provide valuable details about the RT to BMSc Program as well as about the application process. There's also time to have your questions answered.

Please note: information session attendance is MANDATORY for all applicants.

**Sessions usually last 45 minutes.

Please send an e-mail to med.imaging.program@emoryhealthcare.org and state the date and time of the information session you wish to attend. We will respond with Zoom login details. Remember, you must attend an information session in order to apply. We look forward to meeting you!

Each new cohort for the RT to BMSc Medical Imaging Program begins enrollment in May.

Application Deadline for Summer 2027 Enrollment: February 15, 2027 

This means your application and all supporting documents should be received by our office by this date. 

Applicants for the RT to BMSc Medical Imaging Program will be invited to interview with program faculty on one of two dates for their application year. Please note: applicants are interviewed in groups.

An additional date may be added if needed.

Orientation is required for all students entering the RT to BMSc Medical Imaging Program. Orientation will take place from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. 

Summer 2027 Enrollment Orientation Dates: May 17 and 18 (tentative)

All orientation sessions are mandatory.
