Emory Radiology Faculty and Alumni Network

We invite all graduates of our residency and fellowship programs along with current and former faculty to join FANs - the Faculty Alumni Network of Emory Radiology.

Congratulations, Tarek Hanna, MD, FASER, 06M 11MR 12MF, the new Chair of University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Department of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine, President of University of Maryland Diagnostic Imaging Specialists and Chief of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine Clinical Service at University of Maryland Medical Center.

A boisterous crowd of more than 60 alumni and soon-to-be alumni renewed old friendships, initiated new connections, and ignored the downpour outside during the first FANs of Emory Radiology social February 12 at STK in Midtown Atlanta.

"This was an outstanding first gathering for FANs," says Advisory Board Chair Hernan Bello 20MR 21MF. "To see so many alumni, trainees and faculty members come together for an evening of fun really shows how much Emory Radiology is like a family. Our community aims to foster lasting relationships, strengthen connections, and provide opportunities to stay involved after graduation and to give back to our exceptional training programs."

These alumni volunteers are organizing FANs events and invite all alumns to get involved.
