Overview
Dr. Jennifer Nathan is an assistant professor in the divisions of Neuroradiology and Community Radiology Specialists.
Prior to joining Emory Radiology, Dr. Nathan served for five year as a staff neuroradiologist at Malcolm Grow Medical Center/Walter Reed at Joint Base Andrews, assistant professor and neuroradiologist for Johns Hopkins Health System for two years prior to that, and neuroradiology section chief and assistant professor at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
Dr. Nathan has been deeply active in a number of professional associations, including the American College of Radiology, in which she currently shairs the Centennial Committee on the Future of Radiology and has previously served in a number of other leadership roles including cahir of the Military Subcommittee, Council Steering Committee, and Board of Chancellors YPS member; the American Society of Neuroradiology as Education Committee member, Spine Nomenclature Work Group member, past Educational Exhibits Subcommittee chair, and more; the American Board of Radiology; and RSNA.
Dr. Nathan earned her medical degree from Medical College of Ohio. After a transitional year program at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH, she completed diagnostic radiology residency at Case Western Reserve University. She then completed a neuroradiolgy diagnostic fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital and then a neuroradiology diagnostic/research fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
