Deqiang Qiu
Overview
Dr. Qiu currently leads the Computational Neuroimaging & Neuroscience Lab (CN2L) (http://randomprogram.net) in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University. His research focuses on the development and translation of novel neuroimaging methods (including MRI and PET) to the clinic and answering neuroscience questions using imaging techniques. He has been trained as an MR physicist and biomedical Engineer, and has many years of experience in both developing advanced MRI techniques and applying these techniques in studying neurological diseases. He is an investigator of multiple NIH and industry funded projects, and collaborates widely with many departments including radiology, neurology, neuropsychology, biomedical engineering, school of public health and computer science.
