Doctoral Student
Zelin Zhang is a doctoral student working at the intersection of pathology, chemistry and radiology by using deep learning and machine learning to construct 3D imaging models for prostate cancer pathology and bile duct chemistry.
Prior to joining the lab, he developed models for multi-nucleation detection, EP & ST region segmentation, nuclei semantic and instance segmentation, blood cancer identification, prostate multi-structure segmentation, and prostate PCa detection.
Zelin currently is working toward his PhD in biomedical engineering in the Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Emory and Georgia Tech.
