The Dialogue, Integrity, Service and Community (DISC) Committee is dedicated to cultivating a welcoming and vibrant environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to thrive and engage in service to their communities. We champion respectful discourse, collaboration and principled changemaking as essential pillars of belonging, connection and community engagement. Guided by integrity, care, compassion and commitment to meaningful change, DISC advances initiatives that cultivate self-awareness, enable all to learn from and grow with one another, amplify all voices, foster belonging, strengthen communities and build bridges uniting us in our shared humanity.
