One of the unique advantages of Fellowship training at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta + Emory is a common core curriculum for all fellows.  This common curriculum introduces fellows to our strongest campus teachers and content experts irrespective of subspecialty, while also facilitating interaction among fellows across all pediatric subspecialties.   The common curriculum includes the following specific courses:

·FIRsT (Fellows Introduction to Research Training) -1st year
·Ethics Symposium - 1st year
·Quality Improvement and Patient Safety course - 1st year
·Teaching Symposium - 2nd year
·Career Development - 3rd year
