Taylor Graves MD
Overview
Dr. Graves is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology. He graduated from Brown University (BS), received his MD from Johns Hopkins Univerity, and earned his Masters (Health Science) from Duke University. Dr. Graves completed his residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Hospital. He also completed his geriatrics fellowship at Duke University Medical Center and health services research fellowship at Durham VA Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Graves is a senior clinician and educator, and received the 2003 Clinician of the Year Award from American Geriatrics Society.
His clinical practice, as a staff geriatrician, is based at Emory Wesley Woods.
Dr. Graves is the preceptor for the Fellows Continuity Clinic, the Fellowship Program Site Director of the Wesley Woods Outpatient Clinic, and the coordinator of the Fellows Continuity Clinics at Wesley Woods. He was the coordinator for the Internal Medicine Resident Rotation at Wesley Woods, where he participated in Resident teaching in the outpatient clinic several times a month on a continuous basis.
Dr. Graves serves as a member of the American Medical Association and the American Geriatrics Society.
