The Career Conference and Performance Review (CCPR) is a professional development and performance review that is required for regular faculty members who hold a primary appointment in the department and shall be conducted using the online faculty evaluation form. The annual review shall be based on performance in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service, and is intended to promote the discussion of performance and future goals between a faculty member and their supervisor.
The Department of Medicine’s deadline for completion is August 31, 2024. The CCPR is one of the metrics monitored by LCME and is required annually for all faculty in the School of Medicine. The one exception is faculty hired after 9/1/23, who are not due for review until one full year after their hire date. These rules are codified in the SOM Policy on Faculty Development. This policy, as well as, other information may be found on the SOM intranet.
