Since this Thanksgiving was a little different for everyone, Drs. Esther Hwang and Laura Oh reached out to our #EmoryEm team to take orders for homemade dumplings.
They hosted a made from scratch dumpling drive-thru on Thanksgiving day that included 6 pan-fried dumplings and/or 12-24 frozen dumplings. Esther once dreamed of opening a dumpling shop and trained at Williams-Sonoma, and Laura was a chef's apprentice at an Asian Fusion restaurant during college. They made 800 dumplings to share with the Emory EM team! They were creative with their dumpling names and made sure to have something for everyone. Their dumpling menu included: warm Korean Mandu, the OG, the Remix, the Beat Drop, the Bass Line, the Hook, the Stripped Mix, the Mic Drop, and the Bang, Bang, Boogie.
