You can make an impact! The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) highly values the contributions made by medical students and recognizes the importance of training future leaders of medicine. It is one of the few specialty organizations to actively enlist student members in leadership roles.
Scholarship
- Emory medical students and recent MD graduates who choose a primary care career in family medicine and commit to practicing in Georgia may be eligible for The Kathelen and Dan Amos Medical Student Loan Forgiveness Program: Improving Access to Primary Care in Georgia.
This program offers $40,000 awards per year and up to $160,000 maximum. - Family Medicine Leads Scholarships announced for the AAFP’s National Conference
