The following list of procedure types and services includes links to detailed and comprehensive information on either the Emory Healthcare or the Winship Cancer Institute websites.

Minimally Invasive Treatments

Quicker recovery times, magnified visualization by the surgeon using scopes and video, less pain medication, and smaller incisions and scars are just some of the many advantages of minimally invasive surgery, which includes such procedures as robotic prostactectomy and laparoscopic stone surgery.

Cancer Treatments

Emory Urology faculty physicians treat the spectrum of male and female urological cancer and tumor conditions using the most advanced treatment therapies available.

Our program also sponsors a Bladder Cancer Peer Support Group, which is available to patients on the fourth Thursday of every month. In addition to peer support, each meeting features experts speaking on such topics as urostomy care and nutrition. Please see the flyer for more information.
