
Fayzan is an Atlanta native. Between attending undergrad and medical school at Emory University, he worked at Google and in digital health before focusing on psychedelic-assisted therapy and health equity. He has published extensively; co-founded Voting is Healthy to boost healthcare worker voter participation and received the Ujima Award for community service. A certified coach, Fayzan has led quality improvement projects on physician burnout and completed training in BIPOC mental health. He frequently presents on faith, psychedelics and mental health at national conferences. In his free time, he enjoys biking, cooking, reading philosophy and playing pickleball.
