Jack hails from Maine and graduated from NYU with a degree in Economics and Political Science. Before medical school he worked as a Congressional intern, assistant at a literary agency and is also an alumnus of the NBCUniversal Page Program. He graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University, earning a Commendation for Academic Excellence. During medical school Jack pursued a variety of scholarly interests including a meta-analysis on ADHD and disorders of vision resulting in a first author publication and a bioethics study on the clinical impact of the naturalistic fallacy in patient decision making. Additionally, he served as a member of the New York Special Olympics Planning committee. In his spare time, he enjoys trail running, language learning and philosophy. He is particularly interested in treating adolescents in his future career.
