Overview
Dr. Olatunji was born in Nigeria and moved to the United States at a young age but continues to maintain strong ties with her birthplace and culture. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and subsequently earned a Post-Baccalaureate Research Training Award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). After her time at the NIH, she earned a Master of Science degree in Physiology from Georgetown University and her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency training Emorys Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. She performs minimally invasive surgeries (robotic surgeries included) and specializes in minimally invasive surgical management of gynecologic problems such as abnormal bleeding and uterine fibroids. Dr. Olatunji practices evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and values the privilege of being a voice for those unheard and underserved in medicine.
