Mary Tolcher
Overview
Mary Catherine Tolcher, MD, MSc is an Assistant Professor of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and Critical Care at Emory University School of Medicine. She completed a combined fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Surgical Critical Care at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. While at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, she completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and obtained a masters degree in clinical and translational research.
She spends most of her time working clinically at the bedside, supervising and teaching residents and fellows. Her passion for clinical medicine and research lies at the intersection of physiology, critical care, and pregnancy, and she enjoys supporting patients through complex illnesses to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and families.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets in Decatur.
