Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine (All Ranks), Emory Healthcare
The Emory University School of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology's Division of Critical Care Medicine staffs multiple intensive care units across Emory Healthcare in partnership with the Emory Critical Care Center (ECCC). The Division also provides tele-critical care services through the Emory eICU and partners with the Atlanta VA Medical Center to staff their surgical intensive care unit. Clinical opportunities are intermittently available for BC/BE anesthesiologists with fellowship training in critical care medicine in cardiothoracic, surgical, medical, neuroscience, and mixed ICUs within high-acuity tertiary centers, less acute referral centers, and academically affiliated community practices. In addition, general and subspecialty anesthesiology opportunities are available based on interests, qualifications, and needs. Faculty are an integral component of our multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and can expect protected non-clinical time to pursue academic endeavors that align with their interests.
Qualified candidates should have completed a critical care medicine fellowship and be either board certified or eligible and actively pursuing certification. Emory University is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer. Women, minorities, people with disabilities, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
