Instructions:

• If you have BOTH University and Healthcare IDs, you MUST use your University credentials to log in.
• If you do not have both, use either University or Healthcare credentials.
• If you are not on the approved access list (all Anesthesiology department members), you will get an "Authentication Failed" message.
