Enhance Your Medical Education With Us
Overview
The Emory Urology Diversity and Equity Scholarship is available to fourth-year medical students, regardless of race, national origin, or sex, who are United States citizens or permanent residents. This scholarship is intended to assist students throughout their rotation with an award amount of $1,500.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Belong to a group that is underrepresented in medicine,

Have overcome significant economic adversity,
-
Have demonstrated a commitment to working with underserved populations, AND/OR
-
Have documented dedication to working to advance diversity and inclusion in medical professions and/or access to healthcare services for underserved communities.

Application Requirements
Applicants are required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV) along with a personal statement. The personal statement should describe the applicant's career goals, general information, and provide detail on how the applicant meets the criteria listed above. All application materials must be submitted to both emoryurologygme@emory.edu and erbohan@emory.edu.
