MSACD Resource Guide

The Center for Maternal Substance Abuse and Child Development (MSACD) resource guide for infants to school-aged children was developed primarily for children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. This resource guide provides resources to support parents, caregivers, educators and childcare providers in their work with young children with developmental disabilities associated with prenatal exposures.
The resources featured represent local and state organizations committed to strengthening families and communities with infants and young children with developmental disabilities. Resources include childcare referral services, early education programs, family support services, health care, respite care and other concerns.
