Applications are now open! APPLY
Application deadline: Monday, May 4.
100% of participants who responded to the post-course evaluation would recommend this course to a colleague.
“Overall, this program is excellent. It is amazing how all the lessons and what we learn come together at the end. It was so nice to see my other cohorts and learn about their projects. The projects really solidify our learning and put everything together. While going through the class, since we are all so busy with work and life, you don't realize how much you learned and how the lessons will help you in the future.”
Topics
The program will focus on developing toolsets, mindsets, and skillsets for leadership and feature sessions on leadership development, conflict management, negotiation, finance, accounting, marketing, decision making, and operations.
“I think I have known what I value, but this course has helped me relay to others what I value and why it is important to the mission.”
Time Commitment and Structure
EM-ProLEAD encompasses nine (9) in-person, half-day sessions held approximately once a month on a Friday morning. Candidates accepted into the program are expected to attend all sessions and to work on their project throughout their time in the cohort.
