The Collaborative Learning Communities provide a persistent, sustaining social network of individuals who share and develop knowledge, values and experiences focused on common areas of interest by:
- Supporting and increasing a sense of community and belonging
- Building collaborative networks among stakeholders with common interests for academic work in many domains
- Increasing knowledge and implementation of best practices
- Improving lifelong learning and leadership that enables faculty to transform efficient, equitable health care systems
- Building leadership opportunities
