There luxury apartments, houses to rent or own, basement apartments, condos-all located within 4 miles of the campus. Monthly rents run from $350-$1,000 per person. Each summer, rising second-year students host Roommate/Housing Weekend for all incoming students. The "M1 Tour of Homes" showcases local neighborhoods, housing options-on campus and off, and popular grad student hangouts.

The Campus Crossings housing complex offers medical students the opportunity to live among colleagues and interact in an academic environment, without giving up the privacy and autonomy of an apartment. Specifically designed for graduate students, Campus Crossings has one, two, and three bedroom floor plans, individual leases, and come both furnished and unfurnished. All apartments have washer/dryer units, central heat and air conditioning, and wireless internet access. The complex also includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. The Emory Shuttle provides free transportation to campus. Covered parking is available, but limited.
