There are luxury apartments, houses to rent or own, basement apartments, condos-all located within 4 miles of the campus. Monthly rents run from $700-$1,600 per person. Each summer, rising second-year students host a Roommate/Housing panel for all incoming students.
The Ridge is Emory's new graduate and professional housing community located on campus. Apartments are fully furnished and all-inclusive featuring private bedroom and bathroom floor plan options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, large study areas, and communal kitchen! It is a less than 15-minute walk to most graduate and professional schools with additional access to the Emory Shuttle and Marta.
The Campus Crossings housing complex offers graduate students the opportunity to live among colleagues and interact in an academic environment, without giving up the privacy and autonomy of an apartment. Campus Crossings has one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Apartments come both furnished or unfurnished and have washer/dryer units, central heat and air conditioning, and wireless internet access. The complex also includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. The Emory Shuttle provides free transportation to campus. Covered parking is available but limited.
