Early-to-Mid Career Resources

  • LEAP: The Leadership Program Practicum (LEAP) program provides an opportunity for faculty and administrators in evolving leadership roles to gain practical experience in leading a project team to accomplish a strategic initiative within the Department of Medicine. 
  • Junior Faculty Development Course: Improve your leadership skills by applying to this five-month career development course offered by the School of Medicine.
  • Early Career Leadership Courses: View additional internal and external leadership programs such as the AAMC and the Minority Faculty Career Development Summit.
  • EM-ProLEAD: Apply to the Emory Medicine Professional Leadership Enrichment and Development Program (EM-ProLEAD) to enhance your leadership skills, business knowledge, and collaboration.
  • Mid-career Leadership Courses and External Leadership Programs: View additional internal and external leadership programs such as the AAMC LEAD certificate program.
  • Emory Faculty Development Lecture Series: Attend presentations on practical topics aimed at assisting faculty in their career development.
