Signature Programs and Resources
Career Level Programming
Whether you're a new faculty member, in the early-to-mid stage of your career, or you're a senior faculty member, we have programming designed to enhance every stage of your career.
Career Development PATHS
The Professional Advancement Tracks for Health Sciences (PATHS) were created as a guide for early and mid-career faculty as they move through their careers. These are only guidelines—not requirements—and provide a centralized resource from which to choose activities for plotting your path towards promotion. The pathways are divided by career year(s) into best practices and academic mission areas for clinical educators, clinical investigators, and research scientists.
Mentoring
As busy clinicians, researchers and educators, mentoring is not “one size fits all" and the departmental mentoring program has multiple opportunities to help you find mentoring that best suits your needs.
