How to Apply

This fellowship participates in the Foot & Ankle Fellowship Match run by the San Francisco Matching Program.  For information regarding the match including a timetable, please go to San Francisco Match website.

Applicants must have successfully completed a U.S. or Canadian Orthopaedic Residency training program. Applicants must have proof of passing all three steps of the USMLE or COMLEX medical licensure examinations.  Applicants must be eligible for a full-unrestricted Georgia medical license and DEA.
