As a member of the Faculty Advancement and Engagement Team Justin assists in designing, coordinating, and implementing strategic programs that enhance faculty success, professional development, and engagement. His work includes facilitating faculty events, managing communications, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen faculty onboarding, career advancement, and community building.
Justin’s professional experience includes administrative roles in higher education with a focus on faculty and student engagement. Prior to joining Emory Radiology, he worked at Emory's Goizueta Business School for six years, where he specialized in event planning, program coordination, and student services. His background also includes leadership roles in student organizations emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and strategic planning.
Justin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs at St. Cloud State University. His research interests include student engagement, leadership development, and the experiences of international students in U.S. universities.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys exploring Atlanta’s dining and music scene, engaging in creative projects such as graphic design and DJing, and following sports like basketball and football.
