On Sept. 22, 2021, all Emory Healthcare hospitals and Grady Memorial Hospital will transition to high-sensitivity troponin I (hs-TnI) testing for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction. Emory laboratory medicine specialists, cardiologists, emergency medicine physicians, hospital medicine physicians, and critical care physicians have collaborated to develop the following educational tools and hs-TnI clinical protocols for our frontline clinicians.
