Welcome to the Emory Department of Family and Preventive Medicine! I’m proud to serve as Chair for a department uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive team-based primary care services, interdisciplinary health professional education, and community-based research in the metro Atlanta area.
We are proud of our positive trajectory as evidenced by:

- The expansion of faculty Family Medicine practice to three sites.
- Our Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) support permitting our Preventive Medicine Residency Program to expand to 7 trainees.
