Dear visitors,
Welcome to the Division of Breast Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine.
It is an honor to lead this newly established division. I am privileged to work alongside an extraordinary group of surgeons, advanced practice providers, researchers, and staff. They are deeply committed to excellence in patient care, education, and discovery. Our division is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based surgical care for patients with benign and malignant breast disease. We are also advancing innovation in prevention, early detection, and long-term survivorship.
We are part of the Winship Cancer Institute and the Glenn Family Breast Center. We collaborate with doctors and nurses to provide the best care to each patient, from first evaluation through treatment and recovery.
Our academic mission is strong. We are committed to training the next generation of breast surgeons. We support faculty and trainees in meaningful clinical and translational research. Through standardized clinical pathways, robust data collection, and participation in clinical trials, we aim to continuously improve outcomes. We also ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.
As the Division of Breast Surgery continues to grow at Emory, our focus stays on building programs that reflect the needs of the diverse communities we serve in Georgia and beyond. We look forward to partnering with patients, families, and colleagues. Together, we will shape the future of breast surgery.
Thank you for visiting our division.
