A cellular and molecular geneticist, Dr. Miller's research aims to understand genome integrity mechanisms and the DNA damage response in the context of chromatin, cancer and anticancer therapies.

Research

The research conducted in the Miller Lab seeks to define the relationship between chromatin and genome integrity mechanisms, as well as gain insights into how cancer therapeutic drugs act at the chromatin and DNA level.

Dr. Miller has authored numerous publications in high impact journals, including Nature, Nature Genetics, Genes & Development, Journal of Cell Biology, Cell and Molecular Cell.

Lab Team

Lab members employ genetics, genomics, cell biology and molecular biology in both mouse and human tissue culture systems to gain insights into genome integrity mechanisms and the DNA damage response in the context of chromatin, cancer and anticancer therapies.
