David was born in New Jersey before moving to the south where he attended Vanderbilt University for college and medical school. He quickly became interested in the field of neurology after seeing the diverse presentations of neurologic diseases. David is continuing his training at Emory University for Neurology residency and is excited about Emory’s balance between academic and clinical medicine, as well as the numerous research opportunities. Currently, David’s subspecialty interests include neurocritical care, sleep medicine, and vascular medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, staying up to date with movies and exploring the different areas of Atlanta with his wife Heather.
