Georgia Medical Licensing Requirements
All Fellows are required to have a training permit by the first day of their fellowship. The permit is processed through the Emory GME Office. If a fellow intends to engage in external moonlighting, a full Georgia state license should be independently sought. For inquiries regarding Georgia licensing requirements, please refer to the composite state medical board website.
To learn more about the Emory Training Program policies, benefits, and University Affiliated Hospitals, please refer to Emory's Graduate Medical Education website.
