Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery (RECOVER) is a research initiative created by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), seeking to understand, prevent, and treat Long COVID. RECOVER is an observational study with cohorts of participants who are engaging with the study for several years.

The NIH RECOVER Clinical Trials are a part of Phases II and III of the initiative to understand, treat, and prevent Long COVID. For more information, please visit the official RECOVER Clinical Trials website.

REVERSE LC is a study to see if an FDA-approved drug called Baricitinib, which is already used to treat COVID-19, can help improve thinking and memory problems and reduce fatigue for people who have Long COVID.
