A patient advisory committee comprised of individuals seeking care in our Long COVID clinics as well as national Long COVID patient advocates provide regular feedback on our clinical operations to ensure the patient voice is incorporated into our care.

The Atlanta Long COVID Collaborative conducts focus groups with patients who receive care in our clinics to identify areas of strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Wells Wellness Advocacy Services – Provides independent patient advocacy and care coordination to help individuals and families navigate the healthcare system. Services include disability support, care navigation, health literacy education, care coordination, and assistance with social determinants of health (SDOH), including food insecurity, housing instability, and caregiver strain.
