
Dolapo Omotayo Raji is an educator and researcher specializing in Educational Administration and Planning. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Lagos, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), and a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management. She is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). She is currently a PhD student at Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria.
Dolapo has contributed extensively to educational research, focusing on areas such as educational planning strategies, teachers’ productivity, ICT integration in education, and addressing challenges in educational planning in Nigeria. Her work has been published in esteemed journals, including the UBE Journal, East African Researcher, and the Journal of Contemporary Issues in Educational Planning and Administration.
As a Research Fellow in the Training Department of the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Ondo State, Dolapo has played a pivotal role in developing innovative educational programs. She is also an experienced facilitator of professional development workshops and conferences, partnering with organizations like UNICEF, World Bank projects, and various State Universal Basic Education Boards (SUBEBs).
With expertise in teaching methodologies, team collaboration, educational project management, and technical analysis, Dolapo is committed to advancing educational practices and policies in Nigeria and beyond.
