Evaluator
Sarah C. Blake, PhD, MA, is an Associate Research Professor and Director of MPH and MSPH program in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Her area of expertise includes the conduct of health services research and program evaluation. The majority of her work utilizes mixed research methods to evaluate U.S. and international health care programs that target low-income and medically underserved populations, particularly women, children, and the elderly. Dr. Blake serves as the evaluation director for several NIH-funded international training programs, including the Emory University Fogarty D43 training grants for Nigeria, Ethiopia, Georgia, and Vietnam. Dr. Blake completed a fellowship in the Emory University Woodruff Health Sciences Educator's Academy and teaches two graduate public health courses.
