A Program Design with All Students in Mind
At Emory, we are dedicated to developing expert PAs through rigorous coursework, applied learning, mentorship, and a growth mindset. Our hands-on learning allows students to engage in real-world clinical scenarios under the guidance of experienced faculty, to get you ready for a dynamic career in medicine.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive learning community where students and faculty collaborate. Our rich educational environment is designed by PA clinician-educators, and enriched by community APPs, alumni, and clinical faculty from the Medical School, Physical Therapy, Genetic Counseling and Nursing school.
Learning Societies: Group Learning, Individual Excellence
At Emory, we embrace the power of mentorship and peer learning, in the safety of a learning community. Our small group Learning Societies are a place to learn from your faculty mentors and peers through case-based learning, in which you will grow your clinical decision-making skills, practice technical skills, and build confidence.
The Emory PA BRIDGE program connects students with clinically practicing PAs in Atlanta, fostering early professional connections to the community. This tradition gives our students the opportunity to have a mentor of similar background and life experience to help guide them in their professional journey.
