Ultrasound Education

The Section of Emergency Ultrasound in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University is committed to educating all learners in a variety of ultrasound applications.

Resident Rotation

We offer an advanced ultrasound elective for our emergency medicine residents. An emergency ultrasound elective is available for medical students, physician assistant students and residents from other disciplines.

Ultrasound Elective

Our Section teaches an ultrasound module for first-year medical students during their anatomy course. Faculty receive ultrasound education as part of our departmental faculty development series.

Ultrasound Fellowship

The Section of Emergency Ultrasound offers an Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship. We are committed to training fellows that are prepared to be leaders in emergency ultrasound.
