Focus
- The focus of my laboratory is to provide an understanding of the molecular mechanisms of cholestasis, with the goal of discovering novel molecular targets to treat cholestatic liver disease. Recent projects involve exploration of the molecular crosstalk between cell signaling pathways and the function and subcellular location of the central nuclear receptor family member, RXR.
