The SPORT program is a scientifically designed space to enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of sport injuries through a progression of plyometric, strength training and core stability exercises. The SPORT lab uses state of the art technology to take a deeper look into an athlete’s biomechanics, to specifically target areas in need and reduce injury risk. Lastly, the SPORT lab strives to continue to educate athletes, parents, coaches, and others involved in support of the success for the young athlete.
