Reapplication Process
If you are re-applying within one year of your original application, please follow the instructions below.
- Update or reactivate your application in CASAA
- Submit a personal statement indicating that you wish to reactivate your application
- Indicate in your letter head that you are reactivating an application for the current cycle.
- Include information about your progress and what has been done to strengthen your previous application.
- Upload three new references to CASAA (academic and professional preferred). Please select different individuals from those who completed a reference evaluation for you in the previous process.
- New or updated transcripts from all graduate and undergraduate institutions in which you have been enrolled should be sent to CASAA. Please request transcripts as soon as possible, delay in receipt of transcripts is one of the most common reasons that an application is incomplete.
- Send new GRE or MCAT reports to CASAA
- Include a completed copy of the application checklist with any additional supporting documents.
- If you did not send supporting items below in the previous cycle, please submit all listed supporting documents below:

- Passport sized current picture (smile) - Do not send a picture of your passport.
- Complete and submit the Emory supplemental documents. This will activate your Emory file. Email updates will follow.
The applicant is solely responsible for completion of the application process. The Program does not assume responsibility for deficiencies due to the US Postal Service or third parties items needed in order to complete an applicant's request. Failure to provide complete and accurate information or providing false information will result in immediate withdrawal from admissions consideration.
