Eric grew up in the Midwest and attended Indiana University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in psychology. He then received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Now in psychiatry residency at Emory, Eric was accepted to join the psychotherapy track. Through this track, he aspires to develop an integrative approach to therapy to best understand and serve his patients. Eric also currently serves as a chief resident at Grady Memorial Hospital, allowing him to combine his passions of working with underserved populations with mentoring fellow residents.
