Alban Foulser is a Postdoctoral Resident in the Emory University School of Medicine Psychology Postdoctoral Residency Program in Health Service Psychology. Alban earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at Emory University. She received her MA in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and her BS at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research interests focus on trauma, PTSD, shame, stigma and self-compassion. Clinically, Alban is interested in the effects of trauma in underserved populations. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based treatments for people who have experienced trauma and people experiencing mental health challenges during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
