Varshini Kakarla is a junior majoring in psychology at Georgia State University. Her Interests include biopsychology, pediatric development, psychopathology and abnormal psychology. She also has a profound interest in Mental Health advocacy and interned at the Mental Health America of Georgia organization. She is involved in pediatric psychology projects at Georgia State, and volunteers at the Emory University Hospital- Midtown in the NICU. She dreams of attending medical school and either becoming a pediatrician, or a psychiatrist. In her free time, Varshini loves to dance, explore new places, walk the beltline, spend time with friends/family and go shopping!
