Deadra joined the interdisciplinary team of Palliative Care Providers at Grady Health System in June 2021. She specializes in providing spiritual support for patients who are considering advanced and end of life goals of care. An experienced Chaplain since 2007, she honed her skills at Kettering Health Network in Dayton, OH, Advent Health Hospitals in Florida and University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Deadra has both Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees. She received Board Certification in 2011 from the Association of Professional Chaplains and meets annually to certify other chaplains as a member of the Board Certification Credentialing Committee.
